- This study aims to determine the costs, benefits and financial feasibility of the sengon nursery business carried out by residents in Bringin Hamlet, Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency. Technique of collecting data with interviews and observations. The data analysis method used is the Business Feasibility analysis which includes the Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. The results of the study show that the total costs averaged Rp. 90,887,796.31 - per production. The average benefit is Rp. 250,650,803.09 - per year in one production. The results of the financial feasibility analysis obtained NPV worth Rp. 155,312,896.85> 0, the Internal rate of return (IRR) obtained a value of 22.27%> of the determined interest rate of 0.4%, Net B / C Ratio of 3.03> 1, the sengon nursery business is financially feasible to develop. Calculation of Payback Period (PP) is 1.41, which means that the initial investment capital of the nursery business will return entirely for a period of 2 months, namely the sale of the second month of sengon seedlings.
