- Sugarcane (Sacharum officinarum) is a herbaceous plant that contains a lot of sugar in its stem. However, to produce sugar, sugar cane harvested from the garden must be sent to the Sugar Factory (PG) for further processing. The growth rate of sugar production has been small compared to the increase in consumption. To increase productivity and increase the yield of sugar cane, there are methods for carrying out Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon. The purpose of this study was to compare sugarcane farmers' income on Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon, the ratio of sugarcane farmer productivity to the Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon care and the comparison of sugarcane farmer yields in the Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon in Grati District, Pasuruan. The research method uses quantitative comparative descriptive, in taking the research sample using stratified random sampling technique by taking randomly where the number of farmers using Slovin formula. Samples used in sugar cane farmers in the district Grati Kab. Pasuruan as many as 90 farmers with 45 sugar cane farmers Bongkar Ratoon and 45 sugar cane farmers Rawat Ratoon. The results showed that there were significant productivity differences in Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon where Bongkar Ratoon programs had higher productivity than Rawat Ratoon, there were significant differences in yields in the method of Bongkar Ratoon and Rawat Ratoon where the Bongkar Ratoon program had a higher yield than treat ratoon, and there is a significant difference in income in the method of unloading and nursing care where the ratoon unloading program has a higher income ratio than Rawat Ratoon.
