- This research was carried out with duration of time for 30 days, since in January 2018 until February 2018 in Keramian Masalembu District, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the price of income levels paid by payang fisherman in Keramian village, Masalembu subdistrict and also to know the factors of production costs related to the income level of fish business. The method used in this research is survey method with case study. The method used in this research is fisherman of payang, ship owner and seller of BBM in Keramian Masalembu Sub-district of Sumenep Regency. The data collected from the following research activities continuing with analytical required to use more information on costs. The analysis technique in this research is done by quantitative descriptive approach that focuses on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical method. The results showed that the means of payment before and after the price of fuel is still feasible to do. This is because the Net B / C value (7.5 to 3.7), BEP Production (645 kg to 1,753 kg), BEP price (Rp 244 to Rp 507), ROI (140% to 94%) and PPC (7 months to 11 months). based on the value that can be concluded that the fuel price increase is not related to the effort to use fishing gear in Keramian. Therefore, to provide information on the price of kerosene in Keramian from Rp8.500 to Rp13.000 has no real impact on the salary in Keramian.
