This research is focused on tissue sanitizer product and after observation on the production process of tissue sanitizer obtained some kind of waste that happened. If waste is linked to the productivity of the company then the more waste will be lower the level of productivity of the company, so the reduction of a waste is considered important to do, one approach that can be done is the concept of lean manufacturing. Based on the results of questionnaires and weighting of each waste obtained the largest type of waste that is defects, processing and waiting. Then mapping with Value Stream Analysis Tool's that aims to facilitate identification of the cause of waste that occurred, from the results of VALSAT mapping known 0.31% of products experienced defects of total production 100,779,328 pcs of the product, and obtained the activity of Non Value Adding of 18.22% . then identifies the cause of waste with Root Cause Analysis, and proposes improvements based on the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis that is the process of sett the sealing machine must be done by experts and provide guidance for sett the machine, installing a rubber coating on the surface of the enroller to minimize the shift of packaging, and install rubber rings and clamps to withstand the incoming air which causes air to enter the sanitizer stream.
