  • UD. Tiban Jaya Rotan is an industry that produces handicrafts made from rattan. The production process is done manually, the work facility is not ergonomic, and the worker’s body is static. This study was conducted to analyze the relation between body position with musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) complaints. Initial research was conducted division of the questionnaire Nordic Body Map (NPM). The purpose of this questionnaire is to know the level of perceived complaints during work activities. Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) is a method used to analyze the posture of the body that is the neck, back, arms, wrists, and feet. The purpose of this research is to improve work posture. The result show 4 works postures are that low risk levels with information may need improvement and 2 postures are in moderate risk levels with information needed improvement.
