  • PT. Lukindari Permata Malang is an ice cream distributor company in Malang and Batu City. The company applies a single time window from 7:00 to 18:00 for the distribution activities. But there are problems faced by companies where many outlets close services at 11:30 - 13:00. Furthermore, cold storage energy consumption is also high due to the opening of cold storage doors when external temperatures are high and routes are not efficient. The purpose of this paper is to implement a Vehicle Routing Problem with Multiple Time Windows (VRPMTW) where customer service can be started in 2 specified time windows. These problem is solved by using the exact method Mixed Integer Progamming with LINGO software. The proposed strategy using the mixed integer programming method proved to be able to produce vehicle transportation cost savings of 9.97% for Tuesday and 13.90% for Wednesday. While the savings in cold storage energy consumption was 1.93% on Tuesday and 8.76% on Wednesday.
