- PT. Natura Laboratoria Prima has warehouse namely formulation warehouse. So far, the company has not applied a specific method in managing the warehouse, so researchers apply the Lean method in an effort to identify and reduce waste. From the work of the case study using the lean concept, the most dominant waste results that occur in the warehouse are waste waiting and warehousing activities which are non value adding. So that it can be given a proposal in accordance with the RPN value of FMEA, namely by Making Material Arrangements in accordance with the Determined Rack Code and Improving material arrangement on each shelf according to their importance.
