- The bridge (Under Bridge) in Lemahbang Village, Sukorejo, is one of the Trans Java highway projects that connects the toll roads Pandaan and Malang. This bridge crosses the Pandaan-Malang national road which will be used for crossing lines on four or more wheeled vehicles with 6-lane 2-way access with a bridge length of 40 meters and a width of 32.4 meters. This final project aimed redesign the bridge by using multi-cell box girder prestressed concrete bridge construction. This planning begins with data and literature collection. At first, a preliminary design is carried out to determine the dimensions of the primary structure or the main structure of the multi-cell box girder section. In the next step, the calculated of the secondary bridge structure such as paraped and the barrier of the road will eventually affect the main structure of the bridge. The loading analysis which occurs due to its own weights, additional dead loads, and live loads will result in the final stress control on the primary structure of the bridge, the calculation of conventional reinforcement, the shear reinforcement and the deflection control. During the bridge construction phase, the method used is Span by Span Erectionwith Launching Gantry with 20 segments and the entire segment is being stressed with 780 strands of prestressed steel.Finally, The researcher turned the calculation result into a construction drawing of multi-cell box girder bridge.
