- A reservoir functions to contain the water surplus during the rainy season and to distribute it during the dry season. The water can be used for the raw water needs, irrigation, and small hydro. The simulation of reservoir water use was conducted to maintain the fulfilment of water need during both the rainy and dry seasons. It has been being simulated since 2017 until 2041 with four alternatives of planting systems and the raw water service level of 90%. The simulation results showed that the inflow debit of the reservoir was 1,513 m3/second; the outflow debit for the raw water was 0,0352 m3/second; and the irrigation water was 1,148 m3/second. Meanwhile, the reliability of the reservoir after the simulation was 100% with 0% of failure, which means that there was no emptiness and all the needs of raw water, irrigation, and small hydro during the year were fulfilled.
