- The development of industry and technology increasingly rapidly make the entrepreneurs to continue to improve the work system in order to compete competitively. Home Industry CHN Design is one of the industry that produce sticker with digital printing machine process. In producing a sticker product, workers go through several stages from design to finishing process. In the production process there are several complaints experienced by the workers. Therefore, an analysis was made to determine the factors causing musculoskeletal disorders that occur in the operator at work. One method that can be used to analyze complaints is by using OWAS method is a method developed in the field of ergonomics and can be used quickly to assess the working position or posture of the neck, back, arms, wrists and feet of an operator. From the data processing using OWAS method, it can be taken some conclusions. Based on the calculation of posture values using the method. OWAS highest score on job1,3 and 4 with indigo 2 with category need improvement, and worker 2 with value 4 with category Improvement
