- The process of changing raw materials into finished products is very important to be considered in the industrial world, so that a production process system can continue to run stable, it takes maintenance activities (maintenance) of equipment and production machinery. PT. Karunia Kreatif Mandiri is a company engaged in the production of Furniture that often experience high engine breakdown problems. The purpose of this study is to calculate the effectiveness of the machine, the factors of low effectiveness, the root of the problems encountered and the proposed settlement associated with the maintenance of the machine at PT. Karunia Kreatif Mandiri. From the calculation of OEE value for semi-finished cutting machine and lamination machine at PT. Karunia Kreatif Mandiri are still below the value of 85% which is the JIPM standard, the value is influenced by the high value of Iddling & minor stoppages on semi-finished cutting machine and lamination machine in PT. Karunia Kreatif Mandiri. TPM planning is given to reduce the high iddling & minor stoppages is by making changes to the original maintenance system corrective Maintenance to Planned Maintenance and the application of Autonomous Maintenance.
