- This research did the measurement of cleaner production performance on Janti Tofu SME. Since this industry has not been done identification of performance indicators Cleaner Production to know the condition of its performance. Performance indicators were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the effect of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on performance assessment; Scoring System with Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to determine the performance of each indicators; and Traffic Light System (TLS) to analyze scores of performance measurements that were classified by color. The result of performance measurement with OMAX scoring system method and performance evaluation using TLS from each KPI, got 6 green KPI indicating that the indicators are good, 11 yellow KPI indicating that the indicator has not been reached, and 7 KPI are red indicating that such indicators need immediate improvement. The overall result of total performance index of Tofu SME is 5,135 as yellow color, therefor it can be concluded that the overall performance has not been achieved and need improvement for some KPI. Especially for red KPI to be immediate repaired.
