- In general, community participation in supporting integrated Waste Management Place institutions through community self-help groups where the institution is led by self-help groups in the community sector of Mulyoagung Village. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) how the process of environment-based community participation in the integrated waste treatment plant in Mulyoagung Village - Dau District - Malang Regency. (2) how the impact of the waste management program in Mulyoagung Village on the condition of community welfare. The purpose of this study is to find out how the community empowerment program is, how the conditions of the Mulyoagung Village community. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach, the type of research used was descriptive, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The location where this research is based on 3R-based Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST). With the research subjects using purposive sampling. This research shows that community participation through a 3R-based waste management program (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in 3R Integrated Sampling Site (TPST) in Mulyoagung Dau Village, Malang. Beginning with the initial approach stage, the process before the construction of TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu, the process towards the development of TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu, community participation through the 3R waste management program (TPST), the impact of the waste management program in Mulyoagung Village on the condition of community welfare, community participation in waste management based on 3R, and the results of community participation in maintaining and utilizing the construction of the TPST.
