- The Ministry of health is currently the means by which much needed by the people. Hospitals and health services as a means of connection with the man expected to provide good service for each individual. Medical personnel play an important role in terms of healing people who need help directly. The psychic impact happens to medical personnel i.e. become easy stress and fatigue. This research aims to know the mental workload level experienced by medical personnel at the hospital Islam Aisyiyah Malang method using the NASA-TLX where this method can analyse the mental workload of the medical personnel. The method NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) is a method used to analyze the mental workload faced by workers who have to perform various activities in his work. Mental workload measurement results with the method of the NASA-TLX in General, the subjects in this study have workloads that are within the category of very high. This indicates that there are several other factors that make the workload being high on the medical personnel of the hospital Aisyiyah Malang.
