- UPT currently are required to pay attention to environmental issues. Not only on the production process but on the overall activity within the supply chain. This research method using Green Supply Chain Operation Referance. Green Supply Chain Operation Referance aims to measure the performance of green supply chain. Method of Green Supply Chain Operation Referance is used to do the design and measurement of performance of the supply chain that pays attention to environmental aspects and to define metrics tailored to the UPT rill conditions. The result of the research is the result of performance measurement system of green supply chain for a tannery in the UPT, knowing the performance of green supply chain of tanning as well as make a proposal on the KPI is red which aims to improve the performance of green supply chain on UPT in accordance with methods of Green Supply Chain Operation Referance.
