- The purpose of this writing is to know the certainty in the opening of accounts and strategies adopted by PT. Bank pembangunan daerah, East Java Tbk, Warung dowo subdivision. This research aimed to increase public interest in Saving Cycle. The researcher used Mix Marketing Concept (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) and SWOT analysis. The concept and analysis used by the researcher to know the feasibility of Saving products’ Cycle in confront of market segment. PT. BPD east java, warung dowo subdivision has used this concept well and needed to be improve again.
