- Madarasah Tsanawiyah Malang School I was a school of modern concept and integrated. These madrassas have quality educators and education to be proud of. Education is basically an effort to develop the capability and the human personality in order to meet the expectations and ideals of society. So is education in schools have always had the vision and mission to humanize humans. This is visible on the guidance and attention of the practitioners of school on student achievement, sometimes some teachers are always concerned that high-achieving students without regard to some or a few students who lack the academic achievement, so students are not performing any action or aggressive behavior to seek attention from educators . The purpose of this study is to determine "the factors underlying the aggressive behavior of students in school, (in MTsN I Malang). Retrieving data using interviews and observation methods. Interviews were conducted BK researchers to teachers, from interviews with teachers BK researchers to conduct follow-up observations in each class 1 and 2. From interviews and observations of researchers eventually set three students as research subjects and obtain more specific attention from researchers .. The results of this study indicate that the factors behind students' aggressive behavior is caused because of the economy, parenting, modeling, personal, social causes and social environment.
