  • Purpose of this researchis to find out factors that cause tendency and also to know what significant factors can affect consumer’s buying interest to choose product of Makobu Cake. This researchuse Quantitative Descriptive studies with the object of the researchare consumers these are college students or lower to middle class citizen who ever bought product of Makobu Cake. A total of 70 respondents' data collected by using judgment sampling method with non-random sampling technique. Result of this research show that simultaneously independent variables are social factors, individual / personal factors, and psychological factors have an affect on dependent variables of buying interest. While partially these three variables have different effects, social and psychological factors have a significant effect on buying interest, but personal factors have no significant effect on buying interest. And it can be concluded that psychology factorhas most significant factors than other variables.
