- Violence that often happens to children, damaging and dangerous consequences also causes fear in children. Violence that often happens to children is very vulnerable, because children have a high risk of experiencing disruption in their development, both psychologically (mentally), socially and physically. Children must be protected so that they do not become victims in anyone's actions (individuals or groups, private or government organizations) either directly or indirectly. The method used is a sociological approach, the type of data used is primary and secondary data, data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and literature. In carrying out the analysis, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research are as follows: (1) Role of victims that can trigger physical violence is found in the scope of friends such as playmates in school, while physical violence against children in schools is the highest among other scope. But there are other factors that can lead to physical violence other than the existence of the role of the victim, for example domestic violence due to the disharmony of parents who make children as parental violence release, this is one form of pure violence without victim intervention. (2) In relation to repressive handling efforts carried out by the PPA Pores Malang Unit, the city starts from the stage of the report received, prosecution or calling, investigation and investigation, detention or arrest, apprehension and confiscation, up to filing. While preventive measures can be taken to prevent and cooperate with the community and government.
