- This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Malang Environment Agency according to individual characteristics. Respondents were employees of the environmental department in Malang Regency with a population of 60 people. Data collection method uses questionnaire. The analytical tool used is a range of scales, simple linear regression analysis, and cross tabulation analysis. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the work discipline scale range is very high and employee performance is very high . The results of cross-tabulation analysis of work discipline and employee performance based on individual characteristics is 30% of respondents aged 31-40 years, 58.3% sex male, 86.7% of married status, 26.7% have dependents two people, 43.3% with a service periode of 5-15 years.
