- This study aims to examine the effect of business location selection on the success of service businesses in micro / small scale cafe businesses around the campus in Malang City by using independent variables : access, traffic, parking, environment, labor and dependent variables : business success. Sampling was purposive sampling method by giving questionnaires to cafe owners as many 40 respondents and analytical methods used in this study are multiple regression models. The results showed that access, traffic, parking, environment and labor has positive and significant impact on business success. Of the five independent variables access is a variable that has the greatest influence compared to other variables. Therefore, in choosing the location of the business, the business owner should pay more attention to access the location of the business.
