- The purpose of this study is to describe the level of income of the motorcycle accessories metal handicraft industry and analyze the influence of business capital and labor on the level of income of metal accessories of motorcycle accessories in Pasuruan City. This research was conducted in the metal craft industry in Ngemplakrejo Village, Pasuruan City. The data analysis technique uses questionnaire to 27 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the variable business capital (X1) partially has a significant and positive effect on income level (Y). Labor variables partially have a significant and positive effect on Income Level (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.985 or 98.5%. This shows that the ability of independent / independent variables consisting of business capital and labor in explaining the dependent variable (income level) is 0.985 (98.5%). While the remainder of 0.05% (1 - 0.985 = 0.015) is explained by other variables outside the model that are implicitly reflected in the disturbing variables.
