- This study aims to determine the effect of training and development on the performance of human resources in independent Islamic banks of the Soekarno Hatta branch office in Malang. This study uses a Quantitative Descriptive approach with the object of independent Islamic bank employees of the Soekarno Hatta branch office in Malang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously independent variables namely training and development have an influence on the dependent variable namely the performance of human resources. While partially these two variables have different effects, training does not have a significant effect on the performance of human resources, while the development has a significant effect on the performance of human resources.
