- Bagus Frengky T.I.W bagoespoetra2@gmail.com The purpose of this study is: to identify the effect of the number of UMKM, wage levels and economic growth on the number of MSME workers in all districts / cities in the East Java Province. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Data Panel Model. The results of the analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression Method Panel Data Model shows the Variable Amount of UMKM (X1) individually has a positive and significant effect on the Number of UMKM Workers / (Y). Variable Wage Rate (UMK) (X2) individually has a positive and significant effect on the number of UMKM Workers / (Y). Individual Economic Growth Variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the Number of UMKM Workers / (Y). The determination coefficient (R2) is 0.965081 or 96.51%. So this shows that the ability of independent / independent variables, namely the number of UMKM, Wage Levels (UMK) and Economic Growth in explaining the dependent variable (the number of UMKM) is 0.965081 (96.51%), while the remaining 0.05% (1 -0.965081 = 0.0349) explained by other variables or confounding variables. Based on the conclusions of the research results, several suggestions were made for the Regency / City and East Java Provinces.
