  • The purpose of this study is to describe employee performance, leadership style and work discipline in the Tuban District Fisheries and Livestock Service and examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. The sample of employees is 31 people with total sampling data collection techniques. The analysis tool uses scale range analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the employee's performance in the category was sufficient, the leadership style was in the low category, and the work discipline was in the low category. The results showed that leadership style had a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance and leadership style and work discipline simultaneously had an effect on employee performance, but leadership style was the most influential variable on employee performance.
