  • Psychological ownership is an important thing for employees to help realize the company's goals. Perceptions of organizational culture are factors that cannot be separated from every company that is able to influence all aspects, including the psychological sense of ownership of each employee. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational culture and psychological ownership. The subject of this study were 110 employees who worked at PT. Pertanian Nusantara. The sampling technique used is insindental sampling using a scale as a means of measuring perceptions of organizational culture and psychological ownership. Data analysis method in this study uses product moment correlation analysis. The results showed a relationship between organizational culture and psychological ownership, with a contribution of 30,4% (r = 0.551, p = 0.000 *, r2 = 0.304)
