That&#x2019;s means that every parameter, data&#x2019;s in the model of linear programming contain of the coefficient of aim function, constant on the right and coefficient technology that know certainly (Winston, 2003:54). But on practices, the assumption is seldom fulfilled. It is because the most of linear programming formulated for choose the action or decision in the future (uncertain). Fuzzy set theory that &#xD; developed by L. Zadeh in the mid of 60&#x2019;s succeed to make a decision problem solve in the fuzzy neighborhood or uncertain. &#xD; The problem solving of linear programming usually uses the graph method for two variables and simplex method for more than two variables. The necessary of linear programming that used in the kind of areas is increasingly, so we need more efficient linear programmer to solve the linear &#xD; programming problem. Ones of the linear programmers are Quantitative System (QS).
