  • PT Pratama Kinerja Perkasa is one of the national private companies engaged in contracting services based on ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system standards. The Quality Management System is a system standard, non-standard products, where the use of a standard system implementation of the work to be carried out systematically planned. In an effort to determine the form of the application field, then conducted research on the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in the PT Pratama Kinerja Perkasa. To determine the level of implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard observations using a questionnaire with 21 questions. Assessment of the level of implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard was obtained by a range-scale method and make use of the variable measurement scale Likert scale. Then use diagram cause and effect to seek the cause of their problems and the method of FMEA to propose improvements. From the results of data analysis and implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in PT Pratama Kinerja Perkasa found that the aplication of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 been running well, but there are two indicators that are still quite sufficient about management commitment and infrastructure. While the factors that cause the problem are the methods factor, labor, material, and environmental.
