Mass media is cause this phenomenon and form west imperialism culture by film as spreading tool. In this research, “American Pie 2” is one of film which has influence lifestyle of adolescent right now and spreading worst life concept like hedonism and 
secularism. Hedonism concept like party, be boy and girl friend, gamble, alchohol, free lifestyle, consumptive that cause adolescent think that happiness and material oriented are the fundamental purpose. Also keep moeslem away from Allah SWT. Secularism concept also teach dichotomy between religion and life. This effort based on basic mission, to put adolescent of moeslem away from Islam and to make adolescent just raise material oriented, wealth, position and power, lazy, etc. 
Based on that phenomenon, researcher interested to research deeply the meaning of west imperialism culture and also west doctrines in the influences culture of adolescent lifestyle with sign and symbol that is in “American Pie 2” and wants to know the truth that Jewish is a leader who bring a lot of worst concept. 
The opportunities of this research is to find out more about interpretation of west imperialism culture and what the orientation that there is in “American Pie 2” and who is the leader of imperialism culture. 
In this research, I’m using analysis semiotic research method. Semiotic method has kualitative­ interpretative idea. Semiotic method that focus to sign an text as the object, and how researcher to interpret and understanding code behind the sign and text. This research based on Roland Barthes theory that based on denotative and connotative interpretative system. There are 3 scene that researched, that considered has represent meaning about west imperialism culture. 
So I can conclude that the west imperialism culture like hedonism and secularism there is in “American Pie 2” is concepts that could be decrease the faith of Moeslem. Where Jewish is the leader of trouble maker that caused unlike when saw Islam brought by non Jewish is inaugurate Rasulullah SAW as prophet.
