- In the production process in the industry is very complex and dynamic, less desirable conditions, in due to the lack of control system capabilities in the process or procedures that exist in the industry. It is then used to improve the performance of PID control based on PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm with. The ability of the PSO algorithm is to find the parameter of the PID value compared to the control which generally menuning PID manually in the best and best way. In the transition and streaming tuning procedures PID control includes the first 2 stages, carried out by process based on plant variable data. The second stage is designing the PSO in the form of m-file as PID tuning. The results of the analysis show that PSO-based PID control algorithms can perform the speed of the motor to get to the set point that can be used in the control without PID control.
