- The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth of local taxes and levies on the income of district pacitan regency. This research is a descriptive research. Research that aims to explain something through a study, not see the relationship or compare. Data analysis technique used is to analyze and then descriptive. The results of the research (1) The growth of local taxes and user charges that each year experienced a very varied growth in 2013 of 24.86%, in 2014 by 49.85%, by 2015 by 2.58%, by 2016 by 25.02 %, by 2017 at 5.59%. (2) The contribution of local taxes and levies to local revenues from year to year underwrites with fewer categories each year. (3) The effectiveness of local taxes and regional levies of 2013 to 2017 can be said to be very effective because it has a level of effectiveness of more than 100%
