  • To deal with the improvement of the current business environment into more complex situations, performance measurement methods that can accurately and comprehensively assessthe company’s performance are essentially needed.The method that can be used in this case is the Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard is a method for measuring company performance from a learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective. Researchers conducted research at Hotel Baru Inn Batu City using company data in 2016-2017 to analyze the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard. The results showed that overall the performance of Hotel Baru Inn Batu City is quite good, this was indicated by the value generated from each scorecard in each perspective. The conclusion that can be obtained through analysis is that the Balanced Scorecard is the best method in assessing company performance.
