KAP is very important to improve Kiribati's resilience to climate change. The implementation of KAP focuses on the availability of water supply for i-Kiribati which has an impact on all aspects of geography, social &amp; cultural, economic and water security itself.&#xD; This research explains the implementation of KAP which is analyzed based on the concept of non-traditional security, water security, and the resilience of climate change adaptation. Given that Kiribati is included in the list of countries threatened with drowning, Kiribati is obliged to protect the security of its country. The above concept becomes an important requirement that can explain the implementation of KAP as a form of Kiribati's resilience to climate change.&#xD; This research shows the results of the Kiribati Adaptation Program (KAP) as Kiribati's efforts to improve resilience to climate change as evidenced by the implementation of the KAP which consists of three phases, Phase I: Preparation (2003-2005), Phase II: Pilot Implementation (2006 -2011), Phase III: Expansion (2012-2016).
