- This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture on the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction and performance on leadership style on job satisfaction and employee performance. This research is included in the type of quantitative research. The sampling technique is by using saturated samples where samples taken from all employees to be used as research samples are 43 samples. This research was carried out at the Merauke Regency Land Office. This is done because in this office is very dependent on human resources, so it takes an in-depth study of aspects that affect employee performance, besides that the organization has not been maximized in striving for the steps and strategies needed to improve employee performance, so the results of this study can used for this purpose. Data collection method uses questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of the study that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.
