  • The research was conducted in November-December 2016 at Fisheries Laboratory, Nutrition Laboratory of Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry University of Muhammadiyah Malang and UPT of Brackish Water Development of Bangil Pasuruan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L) on moulting, growth, and survival rate of Windu shrimp (Penaeus monodon), and to know the dose of mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L) is good for moulting, growth , And the survival of Windu shrimp (Penaeus monodon). The method used in this research is experimental method and using Completely Randomized Design (RAL). The dosage of mulberry leaf extract given were 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, and 40%, there were 5 treatments and 4 replications were performed. The data obtained were analyzed by variance analysis method (ANAVA) followed by BNT test (Beda Nyata Kecil). The result of analysis of variance showed that giving mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L) to moulting, growth and survival of Windu shrimp (Penaeus monodon) had real effect with the best value on moulting is 30% dose that yield average 49,9% On the growth of weight and length is 30% dose that yield average 1,2628gr and 2,61cm and at survival is 30% dose that yield average 93,3%. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that mulberry leaf extract (Morus alba L) can be used as a natural ingredient to stimulate moulting, growth and survival of Windu shrimp(Penaeus monodon) with optimal dose of 30%.
