- This study discussed about the reporting of West Nusa Tenggara Governor Election 2018 in rubric of Politics, Law, and Security (Polhukam) at Suara NTB Press. It purposed (1) to investigate the related topic about the implementation of West Nusa Tenggara Governor; and (2) to examine the reporting target in that press. This study applied a Quantitative Method using descriptive and content analysis. The scope of the study was Polhukam rubric in Suara NTB Press January 1 – 31, 2018 with the total 45 news. The data were analyzed using the table of frequency distribution. The result of the study showed that the topics about West Nusa Tenggara Governor Election 2018 are for candidate (26,7%), campaign (8,9%), Political parties (26,7%), election institution (33,3%), and deviation (4,4%). Meanwhile, the reporting targets of West Nusa Tenggara Governor election 2018 are community (66,7%), political parties (28,9%), and individual (4,4%).
