  • Background: Low back pain is a musculoskeletal disorder that could cause pain, muscle spasms, and muscle weakness. Types of work that could lead to low back pain complaints were workers with long sitting positions, exercises that could help decreases low back pain was pilates exercise and core stability exercise. The objective of this research was to find out the comparison of the influence of pilates and core stability exercises to the low back pain on production employee in CV.Cool Clean. Method: The research design used quasi-experimental with pre and post-test two group design involving 60 respondents, used purposive sampling. The sample was divided into 2 intervention groups, namely the pilates exercise group (n = 30) and core stability exercise (n = 30). The data obtained were analyzed using independent t-test. Result: The result of the test with a paired t-test on pilates and core stability exercise obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0,05. Then did independent t-test between pilates and core stability exercise obtained the value of Sig (2-Tailed) 0,003 <0,05. Conclusion H0 rejected that there was a significant difference of influence between pilates and core stability exercise for reduction of low back pain on production employee in CV. Cool Clean. Discussion: Pilates exercise focused on stretching the abdominal muscles and back muscle spasms. Core stability exercises focused on increasing the strength of abdominal muscles and back weakness.
