- The purpose of this thesis research to find out if it's been done with both law enforcement crime perpetrators of persecution that resulted in injuries committed supporter of the ball and what efforts contained in law enforcement in the area of Gresik. The method of writing using this type of primary data, secondary, and tertiary. The data obtained using the technique of data collection through the documentation and interviews. The results showed that those in Gresik law enforcement less effective, because the absence of any sanctions against the perpetrators of the criminal act of persecution. As for the issues contained in that law enforcement is the lack of knowledge of the law society of Thailand will be violations specifically regarding the persecution carried out by a football supporter. In addition the authorities also has its own problems because the less assertive or less wise in carrying out tasks which are charged against themselves as well as in enforcing the sanctions legislation against perpetrators and torture. Advice from research i.e. should the authorities can improve the insight and knowledge of the law society's understanding of the importance of Gresik regulations especially concerning and torture in order to reduce or prevent the occurrence similar repeated at a later date.
