- This research aimed to know about the mechanism of productive loan granting along 2017 in PT Bank Sulutgo Branch of Marisa. By using the method of descriptive qualitative, the analysis technic of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. By calculated data presentages, the result of this research shows that in Januari until July, productive loan realitation was not reach the target whereas in August until December, realitation of productive loan was reach and pass by the targets. The lowest percentage was 11,31% which recorded in July and the highest percentage was in October which reach until 138,06%. The uncomplete documents as the one of administration requirements and error system was the faced problems of productive loan realitation.
