- The purpose of this study is to find out the mechanism for claiming Old Age Savings payments if the participant dies while still working and to find out the cause of the decline in the percentage of the development of the Old Age Savings program in 2015 - 2017 at PT. Taspen. Data analysis techniques used in this study are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Descriptive quantitative to explain the percentage of development of the Old Age Savings program in 2015 - 2017, while qualitative to explain the mechanism for claiming Old Age Savings. This study presents qualitative and quantitative data types because the researcher explains the mechanism for claiming Old Age Savings payments and the percentage of the development of the Old Age Savings program in 2015 - 2017. The results show that the mechanism for Old Age Savings payment claims must be in accordance with the process set by PT. Taspen. While the percentage of the development of the Old Age Savings program in 2015 - 2017 has decreased due to the moratorium set by the Joint Ministerial Regulation.
