- The purpose of this study is 1) To find out and describe the description of the work accident insurance program (JKK) product at PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Malang branch office 2) To find out and describe the disbursement plan for work accident insurance program (JKK) funds at PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Malang Branch Office. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The steps of data analysis carried out included: 1) Analyzing the advantages of the work accident insurance program (JKK) 2) describing the work accident insurance program (JKK) procedure and 3) concluding the SOP for disbursing work accident insurance program (JKK) procedures. The results of this study are the work accident insurance program (JKK) is a form of protection for workplace accidents or occupational diseases in the form of care, compensation and disability benefits. The Old Savings Program membership of JKK and Death Insurance starts from the time the person is appointed as an employee until the end of his term of service and is the Company's commitment to continuously improve the quality of services in order to achieve sustainable welfare of the State Civil Apparatus.
