  • The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of providing incentives to the performance of employees at the Sumenep Cooperative and Micro Business Office starting from the application to the disbursement of the incentive funds, and to find out the factors that support the provision of incentives, as well as the obstacles and solutions found in the provision incentives for employee performance. In this study the authors used descriptive analysis tools. The mechanism for providing incentives to the performance of employees the Sumenep Cooperatives and Micro Business Office is quite efficient. The application for providing incentives is outlined in the submission format and completed with the specified requirements. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out by the office of the financial revenue and management agency and the regional assets if it gets approval, then the incentives can be redeemed. However, in providing incentives there are some obstacles this is caused by not running properly. Therefore the office of the financial revenue and processing agency and the regional asset must first analyze before giving the approval of the provision of incentives to avoid delays in disbursement.
