  • This study aims to determine the level of non-performing loans on microcredit based on the number of customers who have problem loans. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The population in this study were customers of Bank Jatim Branch Batu who have problem loans on micro credit. The sample in this research is three micro credit customers who include to problem loans. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The results show that there is a decrease in non-performing loans by 50.7% in 2017. Most of the problem loans are caused by external factors, which are factors caused by the customers. Of the three troubled credit customers, two of them experienced problem loans caused by family factors, one of which was caused by the business management error factor from the customer.
