- This manuscript is about the Design of Sand Sieving Machine for Wall Plaster which aims to help workers easier and simpler. The method used is the Phal and Beitz method, for the product form design phase and product detail phase, the 2016 Autodesk Inventor Provesional Proportion software for drawing and designing the sand sieve design and its components is needed to obtain images of the product. The overall results of the calculation of this sieve are as follows for a sieving machine capacity of 0.04166 m / s, with a filter body length of 2.5 m, 1.5 m wide and 0.3 m high. 1400 rpm electric motor rotational speed, electric motor power AC 373 W. Wire sieving 1 using a filter 25 x 25 mm aperture per inch with a 0.018 inch wire diameter, the second sieve sieve size is 5 x 5 mm per hole with a diameter of 0.01 inch wire. 2500mm filter body length, 1500mm filter body width, 300mm filter body height.
