- Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb. is one of medicinal plants that widely used as raw material in herbal and pharmaceutical industry. This study aims to determine the effect of Curcuma xantorizha Roxb. to the level of digestibility of organic matter and crude fiber in super chicken. The study was conducted for 60 days using 100 Day Old Chick (DOC) super chicken. The treatments used were P0 (basal diet without the addition of Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb.), P1 (basal diet + 0.33% Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb.), P2 (basal diet + 0.67% Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb.), P3 (basal diet + 1% Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb.). The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design. The result of ANAVA analysis showed that the addition of temulawak flour was not able to give a real effect to the digestibility of organic matter of super chicken chicken, but if there is a difference can continued with a real difference test (BNT). Conclusion of this study ini the provision of Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb. up to 1% has not given a significant effect on the digestibility of organic matter and digestibility of crude fiber super chicken.
