- The purpose of this study is to malakukan analysis of payroll accounting information systems and wages applied by PT.Morayamegah Sembada Estate Management Division. This research use case study method. The data used in this study is qualitative data obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that payroll accounting information systems and remuneration in PT.Morayamegah Sembada still have weakness believe still applied signature absences by employees cleanliness, documents used are still not presented in duplicate documents, outbound cash proof format still not include account number, payroll and wages are still not authorized by the personnel department. Suggestions that can be given based on the results of the above research can be the application of fringerprint absence machine, presenting duplicate documents, and include no account on the evidence cash out.
