- As an effort achieve national development objectives, villages are the main means of goverment to reach the real target group to be prospered. The existance of BUMDes (Village-owned enterprise) is expected to be used as a mover of the village community’s economy and is expected to increase the village-owned source revenue, especially the less-developed villages or vilages whit low economic levels. According to Goverment Regulation No. 72 of 2005 article 78 concerning establisment of BUMDes, it must be based or ajdusted to the needs and potentials in the village. The method used in the research whit qualitative approach. This research describes how asset management strategies undertaken by BUMDes in increasing the village-owned source revenue. The strategies undertaken by the BUMDes Maju Makmur is to observe the invironment, the prepare of strategies, the implementation of strategies, evaluation and control. The result of this research is asset management strategies conducted by BUMDes have been implemented properly and able to increase Minggirsari Village revenue in 2014 until 2016.
