- On globalization era construction development behave so fast like various fields in our life, included economics, cultures, education and health services. For example is Balong healthy center in Ponorogo through Ponorogo public health must be rehabilitation of buildings and the facilities for complete and increase quality and quantity for public services. Budget plan and time schedule is the important thing for carry out construction and rehabilitation, this is the main thing to have maximum result for calculating time and cost. PERT method is one example of scheduling method introduced by US army used for handle big project like making Polaris cartridge that need expensive budget and takes a long time. Based on this problems writer can know if every project have factor and have a complex planning and implementation. With PERTH method we hope the construction and rehabilitation of Balong healthy center have optimal schedule and goes well although there is a delay in one of jobs.
