Civil engineering (General)</subject><description>Progress development has brought a lot of negative impacts, including impacts on the environment. Therefore cause environmental pollution is getting worse, one of them caused by sewage or waste plastics reached about 2,000,000 tons per year or 5,500 tonnes per day in Indonesia and in addition to the plastic waste imports into Indonesia mecapai about 3000 tons per month. In fact plastic waste takes 200 to 1,000 years to decompose. Foam concrete is obtained by adding the foam agent into the concrete mix. The dependent variable is the density, porosity and water absorption. The independent variables are: the percentage of plastic waste with a variation of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% as a partial replacement of sand. The test results density foam concrete age of 28 days in the variation of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%,1929.45 kg / m3; 1701.94 kg / m3; 1518.82 kg / m3; 1410.93kg / m3; 1271.60 kg / m3. The test results obtained foam concrete porosity on the maximum number of plastic percentage variation of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% at 28 days with a porosity of 12.96%, 6.87%, 6.17% and 5.23% entry greetings category quite well with the requirements of 5% - 15%. The test results of water absorption of foam concrete figures obtained maximum percentage variation plastic 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% at the age of 28 days of treatment with the absorption of water by 7.16%, 4.51%, 4.08% , 3.80% and 3.43% in the category concrete quality level I.</description><date>2018-08</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/1/PENDAHULUAN.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/2/BAB%201.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/3/BAB%202.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/4/BAB%203.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/5/BAB%204.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/6/BAB%205.pdf</identifier><type>Book:Book</type><language>eng</language><identifier>http://eprints.umm.ac.id/42891/7/LAMPIRAN.pdf</identifier><identifier> Nurwanto, Ahmad Dwi (2018) PENGGUNAAN LIMBAH PLASTIK SEBAGAI BAHAN PENGGANTI SEBAGIAN AGREGAT PASIR TERHADAP BERAT JENIS, POROSITAS DAN PENYERAPAN AIR PADA BETON BUSA (MORTAR).
