- This study aims to describe employee performance, organizational culture and work environment; examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance; test the dominant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire. The sample of this study consisted of 46 respondents selected by using total sampling technique. Furthermore, the data were analysed by using a range of scales scale and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed employee performance was categorized as high, strongly categorized organizational culture, and good categorized work environment; organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance; the organizational culture variable is the dominant variable affecting the performance.
